The symbol of "Steel City Muroran," Hakucho Bridge, was completed in 1998, spanning a length of 1,380 meters, with two main towers towering at 140 meters. Witness its dynamic beauty during the day and be dazzled by its various silhouettes created by the illuminations after sunset.

You can see the port and Hakucho Bridge from the midway point of the bridge, which is approximately 100m above sea level. Land on the artificial island below the main tower and take the elevator up to the halfway point.

A new plan that allows you to climb to the top of the main tower of Hakucho Bridge is now available! A spectacular view at an altitude of 140m is right in front of you. It is recommended for those who are confident in their physical strength as there is an additional 40m of stairs to climb from the middle beam of the standard course.

- *Please be sure to arrive at the boarding point at least 20 minutes before the departure time.
- *Reception starts 1 hour before departure time.
- *Please write your name on the boarding list before boarding.
- *Even if reservations are completed, if the minimum number of participants is not reached by the flight date, the flight may be canceled. Details such as the timing of notification of cancellation and the current situation will be explained by the person in charge at the time of application.

- ・As this is not a tourist facility, there are some areas that are difficult to walk through, such as stairs and passageways. Participation in high heels, sandals, clogs, etc. is prohibited. Please also avoid wearing skirts and wear clothes that are easy to walk in.
- ・Please refrain from participating if you have a fear of heights, are not confident in your physical strength, or have difficulty walking.
- ・Helmets must be worn during the tour. We will lend you a helmet. Please wear a hairstyle and clothing that will not interfere with wearing a helmet.
- ・Please be sure to wear a strap to prevent your camera or smartphone from falling. (Smartphone straps are available for loan)
- ・There may be some areas that get dirty if you touch them. If you are concerned, please bring work gloves.
- ・It is very cold on top of the main tower of Hakucho Bridge and on the sea in Hokkaido, so please prepare warm clothes separately. If it's summer, please wear fall clothes, and if it's fall, please wear winter clothes.
- ・Eating and drinking while climbing the summit is strictly prohibited.
- ・There is no toilet available, so please use the toilet before the tour.
- ・You cannot participate if you are under the influence of alcohol.
- ・Please leave your luggage other than valuables at the reception.
About cruise operations
- ・It is important to stay hydrated, especially when boarding under the scorching sun in the summer. Please be sure to bring plenty of drinking water. (Sugar content may cause seasickness, so we recommend drinking water or tea.)
- ・Please take your trash home with you.
- ・Persons who are unwell or intoxicated may be refused boarding.
- ・Please follow the instructions of the captain and staff during the flight.
- ・Please be careful not to leave your child unattended.
- ・If we determine that changes in weather or sea conditions during the flight will impede safe navigation, we may return to the port earlier than originally scheduled or change the flight course.
- ・Flights may be canceled in the following cases. Thank you for your understanding for the safety of our customers.
- (1) When weather or sea conditions are likely to pose a danger to vessel operation.
- (2) In the event of an accident in a port, a natural disaster, a marine accident, a breakdown of the vessel used, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- (3) If a person on board becomes ill.
- (4) When there is an order or request from a government agency.
- (5) When there is danger in leaving or docking due to emergency evacuation of the ship.
